I know a number of you are 100% believers that the climate is going to change and both coasts of America will be 20 feet underwater within the next few years. As a result we need to change so that everything in the future is green. That includes vehicles, energy producers and any power use that causes CO2. Many are excited about General Motors Volt that runs on electricity. Approximately 50% of all the electricity used for plug-in-electric cars will be produced by coal. I hope I am wrong but my prediction is that the Volt car will not be a best seller at $41,000; General Motors and the government need the cash.
I am one of those who believe that if global warming or climate change were to happen I could read about it in the Bible. Read all of the prophecy found in the Old and New Testaments and there is not one word forewarning us about man destroying the earth by what energy we use. Therefore, I am writing this blog to inform you that many now believe that Global warming was a hoax to create redistribution of wealth. This is a belief of those wishing to see a one-world government that is prophesied in the Bible. Globally we are now connected through financing and our economies. We have leaders that wish for that one-world government where there are no nationalities or races. Remember Nimrod a ruler over many nations after the great flood. He built a huge platform toward the sky to assure people if there were another flood they would be high enough to keep them safe. He was one of the most evil of rulers. It was God who caused the people to begin speaking in different languages and dispersed them to different parts of the world. The Bible very clearly tells us God is not for a one-world government. Yet, there are leaders who do not believe there is a God and they know what’s best for us all.
In an article in a recent national paper states that money is the motivating force behind what is left of the climate change movement after the devastating scandals that saw the deliberate manipulation of scientific data to spur the world into taking drastic regulatory action. Ottmar Edenhofer, a German economist and co-chair of the United Nations Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change Working Group III on Mitigation of Climate Change stated that the climate summit in Cancun this week is not a climate conference, but one of the largest economic conferences since the Second World War. He said that climate policy is redistributing the world’s wealth and that it’s a big mistake to discuss climate policy separately from the major themes of globalization. The Tax and trade issue is not dead to industrialized nations, especially the United States. It is a major plank in the Socialist left agenda and a Marxist principle.
He goes on to say that it has almost nothing to do with environmental policy anymore but with problems with deforestation or the ozone hole. Global leaders want to place a tax on everything from airline flights and international shipping to fuel and financial transactions. It is expected to raise upward of $100 billion annually. It is all for the benefit of globalization. Continue to believe us you will and ignore the facts taken from the Bible.
According to the Wall Street Journal, Al Gore said the following to a gathering of clean energy financiers in Greece this past week: “It is not a good policy to have these massive subsidies for first-generation ethanol.” He continued by saying: “It’s hard once such a program is put in place to deal with the lobbies that keep it going.” “One of the reasons I made that mistake is that I paid particular attention to the farmers in my home state of Tennessee and I had a certain fondness for the farmers in the state of Iowa because I was about to run for President”, said Mr. Gore.
Meanwhile, the greens have slowly turned against corn ethanol, thanks to the growing scientific evidence that biofuels increase carbon emissions more than fossil fuels do. Republican senators are encouraging the new Congress to allow subsides for corn ethanol die. This could lower the price of food. There are hundreds of uses for corn that have caused prices to rise because of the amount of corn used to process ethanol gasoline.
I am not advocating that we not be good stewards of the earth, air and water. These are all necessary for survival and we need to keep them clean. But they are not to be worshipped.

/ December 11, 2010The following Scriptures were sent to me by Ken Bell. Thanks!
I agree with you that there is no scriptures in the Bible about Climate Change caused by man. I believe he (man) will probably spend lots of money trying to control, including redistributing wealth, but that may be part of His plan also.
But as to changes and will they occur how do you interpret and understand these scriptures? Will there have to be climate changes as irrigation is Israel only means of crop growing and production at present and that is only in the valleys and they are beginning to run low on water availability.
Hosea 2:21-23 (NIV)
21 “In that day I will respond,” declares the LORD– “I will respond to the skies, and they will respond to the earth; 22 and the earth will respond to the grain, the new wine and oil, and they will respond to Jezreel. 23 I will plant her for myself in the land; I will show my love to the one I called ‘Not my loved one.’ I will say to those called ‘Not my people,’ ‘You are my people’; and they will say, ‘You are my God.'”
Isaiah 30:23 (NIV)
23 He will also send you rain for the seed you sow in the ground, and the food that comes from the land will be rich and plentiful. In that day your cattle will graze in broad meadows.
Isaiah 35:1-2 (NIV)
1 The desert and the parched land will be glad; the wilderness will rejoice and blossom. Like the crocus, it will burst into bloom; 2 it will rejoice greatly and shout for joy. The glory of Lebanon will be given to it, the splendor of Carmel and Sharon; they will see the glory of the LORD, the splendor of our God.
Isaiah 35:6-7 (NIV)
6 Then will the lame leap like a deer, and the mute tongue shout for joy. Water will gush forth in the wilderness and streams in the desert. 7 The burning sand will become a pool, the thirsty ground bubbling springs. In the haunts where jackals once lay, grass and reeds and papyrus will grow.
Isaiah 44:3 (NIV)
3 For I will pour water on the thirsty land, and streams on the dry ground; I will pour out my Spirit on your offspring, and my blessing on your descendants.
Jeremiah 31:12 (NIV)
12 They will come and shout for joy on the heights of Zion; they will rejoice in the bounty of the LORD– the grain, the new wine and the oil, the young of the flocks and herds. They will be like a well-watered garden, and they will sorrow no more.
Ezekiel 34:29 (NIV)
29 I will provide for them a land renowned for its crops, and they will no longer be victims of famine in the land or bear the scorn of the nations.
Ezekiel 36:6-8 (NIV)
6 Therefore prophesy concerning the land of Israel and say to the mountains and hills, to the ravines and valleys: ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I speak in my jealous wrath because you have suffered the scorn of the nations. 7 Therefore this is what the Sovereign LORD says: I swear with uplifted hand that the nations around you will also suffer scorn. 8 “‘But you, O mountains of Israel, will produce branches and fruit for my people Israel, for they will soon come home.
Ezekiel 36:30 (NIV)
30 I will increase the fruit of the trees and the crops of the field, so that you will no longer suffer disgrace among the nations because of famine.
Ezekiel 36:34-36 (NIV)
34 The desolate land will be cultivated instead of lying desolate in the sight of all who pass through it. 35 They will say, “This land that was laid waste has become like the garden of Eden; the cities that were lying in ruins, desolate and destroyed, are now fortified and inhabited.” 36 Then the nations around you that remain will know that I the LORD have rebuilt what was destroyed and have replanted what was desolate. I the LORD have spoken, and I will do it.’
Zechariah 8:12 (NIV)
12 “The seed will grow well, the vine will yield its fruit, the ground will produce its crops, and the heavens will drop their dew. I will give all these things as an inheritance to the remnant of this people.
Malachi 3:10-12 (NIV)
10 Bring the whole tithe into the storehouse, that there may be food in my house. Test me in this,” says the LORD Almighty, “and see if I will not throw open the floodgates of heaven and pour out so much blessing that you will not have room enough for it. 11 I will prevent pests from devouring your crops, and the vines in your fields will not cast their fruit,” says the LORD Almighty. 12 “Then all the nations will call you blessed, for yours will be a delightful land,” says the LORD Almighty.
